Its best to start with the one pill a day treatment I have taken atripla for 4 years and its super easy to adhere to just when you start take it same time everyday there are quiet a few different one pill a day treatment just depends what your dr thinks is the best way to go. They base the time they start you on the medications off of your immune system levels cd4 if your below 500 you will probably start your meds this is the best way to go and easy to adhere to otherwise if you dont then your going to build resistance to the meds and have to take hiv drug cocktails which consist of different hiv meds and your have to take them different times during the day and there side effects suck with one pill a day treatment its a lot easier to adhere to it and be healthy for a long time
