Matchstd.com is a property of Tweeked Ideas (http://www.tweekedideas.com), a business registered in Corrales, New Mexico, US
By filling out the registration form for this site, you become a "Registered User", and you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement for as long as you are a registered user. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms of service, do not register with matchstd.com. These terms are subject to change at any time. After such a change, your continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to maintain familiarity with this document.
Minors
The services offered by matchstd.com are not available to those under the age of 18. You also agree that if use of this service in your area is not legal, you are not to register.
Marriage
Married individuals are not warranted to the use of matchstd.com. By registering you state that you are not married. In the case that you become married after registering, you are to discontinue your use of matchstd.com.
Exception is made for individuals participating in an alternative-style relationship, in which all involved parties are aware of the circumstances and actions made.

As a registered user (hereinafter "member") of matchstd.com, you affirm that you are solely responsible for any material that you transmit to matchstd.com or any other member of matchstd.com. You will not transmit information that is defamatory, abusive, sexually oriented, threatening, racist, offensive, abusive or illegal to matchstd.com. You will not engage in spamming of the service, and you will not exploit other members in any way. You promise not to do harm to any member of matchstd.com.
Your use of matchstd.com is only allowed if the area in which you are a resident of permits such use.
You are allowed to create one unique account with matchstd.com. If in the event of a change in lifestyle, you must modify information that is not modifiable through the web interface, your account may be deleted, and re-created. But at no time are you to have two separate matchstd.com accounts
You shall not transmit copyrighted or any otherwise protected material to matchstd.com without the written consent of the owner of said protected materials.
matchstd.com is not responsible in any way for your interaction with other members. You should take all precautions.
matchstd.com reserves the right to monitor transmissions of data through the service, and to remove any such data as it sees fit.
Advertisement on matchstd.com is owned by the advertiser, not matchstd.com. Any offers, suggestions, statements, or other information offered through such advertisement is the responsibility of the advertiser, and not matchstd.com. Matchstd.com does not guarantee any such information.
Although this service is designed to match individuals with STD's, we take NO RESPONSIBILITY for the acquisition of a new sexually transmitted diseases by use of our services.
Copyright
All information contained on matchstd.com is copyright by the owners of the company, unless such material has been illegally transmitted to the service by another member. Under such circumstances, notification of matchstd.com must occur, and matchstd.com will do all in their power to remove the offending material.
Any original, transmitted information from members of matchstd.com becomes the property of matchstd.com.
Privacy
The user agrees with the information provided in the Privacy Statement and understands that those are the only protections afforded to the member.
Warranties
Matchstd.com provides all services "as is" and offers no warranties of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation on Liability
Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, matchstd.com will not be held liable to you or any third-party individual for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages.
Jurisdiction
If there is any dispute between you and matchstd.com, you expressly agree that said dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, and you expressly agree and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts of the State of New Mexico, in Corrales, Sandoval County.
Final Notes
This agreement contains the entire agreement between you and the company regarding the use of this service. Unless otherwise stated, the terms survive termination of registration. If any part of this agreement is held invalid, the remainder of the agreement shall remain in effect.
